Carrollwood Day School seniors earn acceptance to Duke, Northwestern, Rice, among other top-tier schools in the competitive early decision and restrictive early action processes.
The college counseling department at Carrollwood Day School is pleased to announce that several students were accepted to colleges through the early decision I process. Early decision I is a binding commitment made by the applicant that informs a college or university that the student would be willing and able to attend the school if fortunate enough to be offered a place in the incoming class. This application category is an effective tool for students to demonstrate their strong interest in their number one choice school. This year, 21% of the senior class applied early decision I – the highest percentage in CDS history, and 69% were admitted to their first-choice school. READ ENTIRE ARTICLE HERE!
