(For Rising 1st–12th Grade Campers)

All Before Care and After Care drop-off and pick-up will take place at the East Gate throughout the summer.
After 8:30 AM, campers in:
1st–5th grade will enter through the East Gate and use the Lower School Parking lot as the drop off area (in front of the elementary building)
6th–12th grade will enter through the West Gate and use the Athletic Circle in between the Quad and Athletic Center.
Families with campers in multiple divisions should use the drop-off and pick-up location of the youngest camper.
If you’d like to accompany your camper on the first day, please park in a designated parking space and head to the Welcome Booth at the East Parking Lot, in front of the Elementary Entrance. Please use marked crosswalks when navigating through the parking lot.
Car tags for pick-up will be issued by counselors on the first day of camp.
Your patience during drop-off and pick-up is appreciated as we work together to maintain a safe and efficient process for all families.

Before Care: Free and available from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
After Care: Available from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM for $75 per week
Drop-ins without prior registration will incur a $25 daily fee
Please pull around into the bus loop near the MPR for pick-up
Parents must enter MPR to pick up their child. This is to confirm that the parent/guardian is part of the Authorized Pick-Up list on CampBrain.

(For Preschool–Kindergarten Campers)

On the first day of each week, parents are welcome to walk their child to the camp entrance.
From 8:00 - 8:30, please park and accompany your child to the front desk
After 8:30, please remain in your vehicle and a counselor will help assist your child out of the car
Parents may not accompany campers beyond the security desk. We appreciate your cooperation in following our safety procedures.
Please follow all instructions from camp staff and security personnel to help maintain a safe and orderly environment.
