Session 1 of Power Hour Wednesday starts August 23rd
For the first hour of every Wednesday, our faculty and staff will be able to work on curriculum development, continuing education opportunities, and other professional experiences. At the same time, students can benefit from an extra hour of sleep, Wednesday family breakfasts, or come to school at the same time that they are used to and take advantage of study halls/before care or some exciting morning auxiliary programming.
All divisions will start 1 hour later on Wednesdays. Instructional start times will be:
- Lower school (Toddlers - 5th Grade) - 9:00 am
- Middle school (6th - 8th Grades) - 9:00 am
- Upper school (9th - 12th Grades) - 9:30 am
We will still have FREE before care/study hall offered starting at 7:30 am. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Students may only attend one activity per session.
Power Hour offerings will be set up in sessions. Please note, the session dates below are tentative.
- Session 1 is August 23rd - October 25th (10 Weeks)
- Session 2 is November 1st - January 31st (10 Weeks)
- Session 3 is February 7th - May 15th (13 Weeks)
Power Hour activities will have various start times. Please check the offerings for exact times once released.

Power Hour Offerings
Students may only attend one Power Hour activity per session.
All sessions are 8 weeks long. There will be no make-up classes if one is missed due to holidays or events. After the first week of each session, no changes or refunds can be made.

MUSIC POWER HOUR (MS and US)
Students enrolled in middle and upper school music courses are invited to join the music power hour. No registration is required. Students will be provided with information about music power hour opportunities during their music course.
THEATRE POWER HOUR (MS only)
All students are invited to join the middle school Jr. Thespian Troupe. Theatre power hour will be used as a rehearsal time to prepare for thespian events. Information will be provided during a Jr. Thespian interest meeting. Rehearsal schedules will be determined based on student assigned events. No power hour registration is required.
