Booster Club Membership

You may choose to support the Patriot Booster Club at one of the membership levels below:

• $500 Gold Family Membership receives two (2) Booster Club Gold Car Magnets, two branded Yeti cups, VIP Parking at all CDS home football games, FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional, and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules).
  • $30 Grandparents Add-On!
    Add grandparents to your Gold Family Membership! They will receive a Booster car magnet and FREE admission to all home games!
     
• $250 Silver Family Membership receives Booster Club Car Magnet, two branded Yeti cups, and FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional, and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules).  
  • $30 Grandparents Add-On!
    Add grandparents to your Silver Family Membership! They will receive a Booster car magnet and FREE admission to all home games!
     
• $125 Bronze Family Membership receives Booster Club Car Magnet and FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional, and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules).

    Add grandparents to your Bronze Family Membership! They will receive a Booster car magnet and FREE admission to all home games!
     
• $50 Friend of CDS Membership receives Booster Club Car Magnet and FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules). (This option is NOT available to CDS parents/guardians.)
   
• $25 Staff Membership receives Booster Club Car Magnet and FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional, and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules).
   
• $25 Alumni Membership CDS GRADUATES ONLY receives Booster Club Car Magnet and FREE admission to the Hayes Family Gymnasium and Wagner Athletic Complex for all home games during the 2022-2023 school year (excluding District, Regional, and State Playoff games per FHSAA rules).
