Recently, Sara Rubinstein, Head of School at Carrollwood Day School had the opportunity to have a conversation with Devonta Davis from the Tampa Bay Business Journal and talk about the future of education in Florida. What resulted was a candid conversation about what drove her to find opportunities in the education field and how by learning best practices and learning to listen better, she will continue to move forward towards making a five-year strategic plan a success.
